精纺同向捻产品的设计与工艺探讨

摘　　要：重点介绍了精纺同向捻产品的风格特点、加工工艺和质量控制。由于精纺同向捻产品纱线结构的特殊性,纱线加捻后捻度不稳定,在整经和织造时容易产生纱线扭结形成小辫子纱,使织造和后整理的生产具有较大的难度。在产品开发过程中,对精纺同向捻产品中的产品设计参数选择、生产上机工艺的确定,以及关键工艺技术和质量控制方法等进行了多次工艺试验和质量攻关,最终确定了适合精纺同向捻产品生产的设计参数,解决了工艺技术和质量控制方面存在的关键问题,企业大批量生产的产品质量得到了客户认可,并取得了较好的经济效益。Because of the particularity of yarn structure of the same directional twist products, the twist of yarn is not stable, the production of weaving and after trimming is difficult. In the paper, the characteristic styles of the same directional twist products, the product design, process technology and quality control are introduced and discussed. The particular measures and methods on key process technology and quality control are proposed.
