摘 要:激光切割纺织面料时要对不同加工对象调节激光参数的设置,而精确预测或自动获得工艺参数相当困难。通过系统实验获取大量工艺参数,在不同工艺的激光功率、切割速度等参数设定下,量化确定激光切割系统的切割精度。建立了基于实验的最佳激光切割工艺参数数据库,使得有效范围内的加工能自动获得切割参数。对常用的纺织面料测定切割图形精度进行误差分析,结果表明,激光切割效果完全满足服装加工制造的要求,实现了激光切割纺织面料的自动化。When the laser incises textile material, some parameters of laser must be adjested to suit the different proccesing. However, to obtain or automatically obtain the accuracy proccesing parameters would be very difficult. Through the system experiments to obtain large amout of proccesing parameter, such as the power of laser, the speed of incising, and some other parameters, the incising accuracy of the laser incising system can be reached and quantized. The database based on experiment for the best proccesing parameters of the laser incising has been established, so the incising parameters of laser can be obtain automatically within the range of valid proccesing. For the error analysis of the the common textile marerial and the accuracy of the laser insicing graph to be measured, the laser insicing effects can totally meet the demand of clothing processing. It realized the auto-processing of the laser incising for textile fabric.
