摘　　要：目的研究肾茶Clerodendranthus spicatus水溶性部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、反相硅胶ODS-A、SephadexI。H-20柱色谱对该植物水溶性部位进行分离纯化，并通过光谱分析和文献对照确定化合物结构。结果从肾茶全草50％乙醇提取物中分离得到15个已知化合物，分别鉴定为（2S，E）-N-[2-羟基-2-（4-羟基苯乙基）]阿魏酸酰胺（Ⅰ）、2，6，2’，6’-四甲氧基-4，4＇-二（2．3环氧-1-羟基丙基）二苯（Ⅱ）、咖啡酸乙酯（Ⅲ）、催吐萝芙木醇（Ⅳ）、合欢布里苷O（albibrissinoside O，3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯-1-O-β-[5-O-（3，5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯甲酸）]-呋喃芹菜糖基-（1-2）-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷，Ⅴ）、8-羟基-松脂醇（Ⅵ）、丁香脂素-4’-O-β-萄糖（Ⅶ）、卜羟基-丁香脂素（Ⅷ）、洋李苷（Ⅸ）、五叶山小橘苷C（glycopentoside C，3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯-1-O-β-（5-O-[3-（2-（3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯基）-3-羟甲基-7-羟基-2，3-二氢苯并呋喃-5-基）丙烯酸]卜呋喃芹菜糖基-（1→2）-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷，X）、阿江榄仁葡萄糖苷Ⅰ（arunglucoside 1，2α，3β，19α，23-四羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸-28-O-β吡喃葡萄糖苷，）、2α，3β，19α，23-四羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸-23,28-O-β-二吡喃葡萄糖苷（Ⅻ）、大黄素（Ⅷ）、丁香脂素（ⅩⅣ）、（2S）-柚皮素（ⅩⅤ）。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅲ、Ⅵ～Ⅷ、Ⅹ～Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the water-soluble constituents of Clerodendranthus spicatus. Methods Compounds were isolated by means of silica gel, ODS-A, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. Their structures were identified by spectral methods and reference literature. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the 50% EtOH extract in the whole herb of C. spicatus. They were identified to be （2S, E）-N-[2-hydroxy-2-（4-hydroxyphenyl） ethyl] ferulamide （ Ⅰ ）, 2, 6, 2＇, 6＇-tetramethoxy-4, 4＇-bis （2, 3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl） biphenyl （ Ⅱ ）, ethyl caffeate （ Ⅲ ）, vomifoliol （Ⅳ ）, albibrissinoside B （ Ⅴ ）, 8-hydroxypinoresinol （ Ⅵ ）, syringaresinol 4＇-O-β-glucopyranoside （ Ⅶ ）, 1-hydroxysyringaresinol （Ⅷ）, prunin （Ⅸ）, glycopentoside C （ Ⅹ ）, arjunglucoside Ⅰ （Ⅺ）, arjungenin-23, 28-bis-O-glucopyranoside （ Ⅻ ）, emodin （ⅫⅠ ）, syringaresinol （ ⅩⅣ ）, and （2S）-naringenin （ ⅩⅤ ） on the basis of spectral anal- ysis. Conclusion Among them, compounds Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅵ-Ⅶ, and Ⅹ-ⅩⅣ are obtained from the title plant for the first time.
