摘　　要：针对赐来福Autoconer5第四代自动络筒机的拨叉导纱机构,提出了一种可行的拨叉机构的设计,重点介绍了拨叉的设计以及可行性,并给出了相应的计算公式和一个实例分析后得到的拨叉以及主要的配合部件的尺寸数据。该设计方法可为同类的机构的设计借鉴。In this paper, the thread guide mechanism of one import high speed take-up machine was analyzed.The design method of the thread guide mechanism of rotary blades is proposed firstly and several general design formulas of the thread guide mechanism are derived. Finally, illustrative example shows that the formulas derived above are correct. This design method and formulas may be used for reference.
