29名维吾尔族百岁老人生存质量测定

摘　　要：目的从人体的心理、生理、疾病及外部生存条件综合评价新疆维吾尔族百岁老人的生活质量。方法制订生存质量测定表，采用打分法综合评定。结果２９名百岁老人评分为４７．８～８１．７分，平均６１．５±８．１分；其中无１名完全健康，１４名患肺结核。结论生存质量尚可，但老人蛋白质摄取不足，饮水不洁，医疗保健匮乏，存在的问题亟待改善。Objective To assess the quality of life in Uygur Centenarians. Methods On the basis of general health questionaires, physical examinations, states of nutrition and living environment nine categories (containing 29 items )were assessed by scores. Results The results showed that the lowest score, the highest score and totol mean score were 478,817 and 615±81 respectively. Centenarians were lacking in medical care and short of protein supply. The drinking water was unclean. There were 14 centenarians suffered from pulmonary tuberculosis. None in 29 Uygur centenarians was fully healthy. Conclusions These results suggested that quality of life in 29 Uygur centenarians was still passable, but the existed questions were needed to be solved.
