老年社区的市场需求特征及启示研究——以长三角地区为例

摘　　要：随着我国老龄化问题的凸现,传统的养老观念和养老模式正在发生深刻的改变,老年社区的市场需求日益增长。本文运用数理统计方法,以长三角地区为例对选择老年社区的老年人养老和居住需求进行研究。据此探讨老年社区的市场需求特征,分析未来老年人养老和居住需求的发展趋势,并对老年社区建设提出相应的开发对策和建议。As the problems of ageing highlight,the traditional concept of retirement and pension model is undergoing profound changes.So the demand of the elderly community is growing progressively.In this paper,the demand of endowment and living by the elderly who prefer to the elderly community and live in Cities In the Yangtze River Delta,were analyzed with mathe-matic statistics.The research discovers that the elderly who prefer to the elderly community and the other elderly have significant differences in many aspects,such as concept of endowment、leisure pattern、living requirements、serving requirements and the purchase of apartments.On the basis of this analysis,the characteristics of market demand is studied,the development trend of the demand of older persons living is analyzed,strategies and recommendations of building the elderly community is putted forward.
