山东省加工贸易转型升级的影响因素及对策研究

摘　　要：通过定性和定量分析,发现山东省加工贸易的转型升级主要依靠劳动力的增长,而技术进步和外商直接投资的推动作用不明显。可见山东加工贸易还处在量的发展阶段,虽然已经开始了转型升级,但是其内在的促进机制还不成熟。因此,要积极发挥政府宏观调控的作用,引导资源向高技术产业和优势企业集中,发展配套产业,以鼓励引导的方式推动山东加工贸易转型升级。By the qualitative and quantitative analysis we can see that the transformation and upgrading of Shandong＇s processing trade mainly depend on the growth of labor forces,while the boost of technological progress and foreign direct investment is not evident.Shandong＇s processing trade still lies in the primary stage,and the underlying promotion mechanisms are premature though the transformation and upgrading has start.So the macro controls by government must play a more active role.The resource should be managed and focused on the high technological industry and advanced enterprises.
