摘  要:目的探讨孕激素及胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ)对体外培养的人早孕蜕膜基质细胞增殖活性的影响。方法采用3H-TdR掺入法检测孕激素及IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ对体外培养的人早孕5~7周蜕膜基质细胞增殖活性的影响。结果孕激素、IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ对人早孕5~7周蜕膜基质细胞有明显的促增殖作用,可增加细胞增殖1.6~3.4倍(P均<0.01),且具有时间依赖性(P均<0.01)。结论孕激素及IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ可能通过调节人早孕蜕膜基质细胞的增殖和蜕膜化,对胚胎着床及早期妊娠的维持起重要作用。Objective To study the effect of progesterone and Insulin-like growth factor (IGF- Ⅰ and IGF- Ⅱ ) on proliferation in human decidual stromal cells of early pregnancy in vitro. Methods [3^H]Thymidine(3^H-TdR) uptake was applied to assess cell proliferation in human decidual stromal cells of early pregnancy (gestation of 5 to 7 weeks) in vitro after cultured with progesterone, IGF-Ⅰ or IGF-Ⅱ. Results Progesterone, IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ stimulated cell proliferation by 1.6-3.4 folds inhuman decidual stromal cells of early pregnancy in vitro (P〈0. 01), and those effects were time-dependent (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Progesterone, IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ may play an important role in the regulation of proliferation and decidualization of stromal cells in human decidua of early pregnancy, which is essential for embryo implantation and the maintenance of early pregnancy.
