急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆内皮素血小板功能的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)、血小板功能的变化及临床意义。方法:选择2007-06-2008-06就诊于山西省人民医院并确诊的98例ACS患者(ACS组)及同期30例经冠状动脉CT或冠状动脉造影除外冠状动脉病变并根据临床及实验室检查排除心脏疾患的正常人(正常对照组)作为研究对象。ACS组又分为不稳定型心绞痛亚组、急性心肌梗死亚组,分别检测血浆ET含量及血小板聚集率及血小板CD63、CD62P、凝血酶敏感蛋白(TSP)值。结果:ACS组测得ET、血小板聚集率及血小板CD63、CD62P、TSP值显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:ET、血小板功能的变化在ACS的诊治及预后具有重要临床意义。Objective：To study the changes of plasma endothelin and platelet function in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） and the clinical significance. Method：There were 98 cases with ACS （ACS group） and 30 normal controls （control group） in this study. Patients with ACS were subdivided into ＂unstable angina subgroup＂ and ＂acute myocardial infarction subgroup＂. The plasma endothelin concentration, platelet aggregation, CD63, CD62P, and TSP were detected. Result： The date from plasma endothelin, platelet aggregation, CD63, CD62P, and TSP were higher in ACS group than those in control group. Conclusion：Plasma endothelin and platelet aggregation play important roles in diagnosis and treatment as well as prognosis of ACS.
