西藏拉萨市林周县农牧民高血压患病情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析西藏拉萨市林周县农牧民高血压患病情况及相关影响因素,为西藏农牧区开展高血压防治工作提供参考依据。方法:依据1999年WHO/ISH高血压诊断标准,采取整体抽样、问卷与体检相结合的方法,调查农牧民1377人,对可能影响高血压相关因素的数据用SPSS软件统计分析。结果:西藏拉萨市林周县高血压的患病率为46.8%,其诊断率和知晓率均较低。结论:高血压是西藏地区的常见病、多发病,是我区防治慢性病的重点。Objective： Analysis prevalence of hypertension among farmers and herders and relevant factors in Linzhou county of Tibet, China, in order to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of hypertension in farming and pastoral areas of Tibet. Method：According to 1999 WHO/ISH the diagnostic criteria of hypertension, by combination of Overall sampling methodology and aquestionnaire and physical examination, investigate 551 farmers and herders, The data of possible influence factors of hypertension statistics analysis by SPSS software. Result： The prevalence of hypertension was 46.8%, the diagnostic rate and awareness rate were low. Conclusion： Hypertension is a common and frequent disease in our region, it is an important risk factor of eausing death and mutilation.
