摘　　要：目的：研究骨髓增殖性疾病（MPD）患者血小板膜糖蛋白（GP）Ⅱb／Ⅲa的变化。方法：采用westernblot方法．测定了9例MPD患者血小板GPⅡb／Ⅲa的表达。结果：3例MPD患者血小板GPⅡb／Ⅲa。较正常对照表达降低，并出现小分子异常荣带，这些患者临床均伴有不同程度的出血倾向，且GPⅡb／Ⅱa发达高低与血小板数量无关。结论：MPD患者血小板GPⅡb／Ⅲa。的减低和表达异常，使患者血小板粘附、聚集等一系列止血功能小良或异常，是造成病人临床出血的原风之一。L Objective: To study the platelet membrane glycoprotein (GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa in the patients with myeloproliferative disorders (MPD). Method: Using Western blot to measure the expression of GP Ⅱb/ Ⅲ a of nine patients with MPD. Results:GPⅡb/Ⅲ a in three patients were reduced than normal control, and found abnormal bands in lower molecular weight, they were accompanied the bleeding tendency in clinical GPⅡ b/Ⅲ a expression had no relationship with platelet count' Conclusion: The decrease and abnormal experssion of platele GPⅡ b/Ⅲ a in MPD patients made the platelet dysfunction in adhesion and aggregation, it may be one of the haemorrhage reason.
