摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)人群E选择素和C反应蛋白(CRP)与缺血性心电图(IEM)表现的关系。方法对468例EH患者进行心电图检查、E选择素和CRP的检测。结果IEM表现组E选择素(19.9μg/L)与非IEM表现组(19.2μg/L)无区别(P>0.05)。IEM表现组CRP(6.0 mg/L)高于非IEM表现组(5.4 mg/L,P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,各E选择素水平对IEM表现的OR值差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。而CRP最高水平组的OR值有统计学意义,多因素调整后的OR为3.28(P<0.05)。结论在EH人群中,血清E选择素水平与EH伴发IEM表现无关,血清CRP与EH伴发IEM表现具有一定的相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between E-selectin and C reactive protein （CRP） and ischemic electrocardiogram rnanifestation （IEM） among patients with essential hypertensives（EH）. Methods /Based on cross sectional study on EH in a cohort of 468 patienls with EH, electrocardiogram examinations were conducted, and E-selectin and CRP in serum were tested. Results Nno significant differences in E-selectin levels between subjects with IEM and without IEM（E-selectin：19.9 vs 19.2 μg/L） （P〉0.05）. floweret, CRP level was higher in subjects with IEM than that in subjects without IEM（6.0 vs 5.4 mg/L） , P〈0.05. Multivariate logistic analysis revealed, the ORs of subjects with IEM for various levels of E-selectin were not significant （all P〉0.05） , however, in the subjects with IEM for the highest level of CRP was significant（ OR 3.28, P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of CRP in serum but not E-selectin was associated with IEM among patients with Eli.
