摘　　要：目的探讨宫外孕的彩色多普勒超声声像特点,指导临床采取不同治疗措施。方法对86例宫外孕患者的腹部超声声像表现进行分析,按照声像特点分为3种类型:完整孕囊型、破裂流产型及陈旧性包块型;治疗措施分为手术治疗和药物保守治疗。结果86例宫外孕患者中,完整孕囊型13例,破裂流产型55例,陈旧性包块型18例。手术治疗者63例,包括有胎心搏动的完整孕囊型4例、破裂流产型47例及陈旧性包块型12例;余23例采取保守治疗。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在宫外孕的定位诊断中起着重要的作用,临床医生可以根据不同的超声声像特点结合临床表现采取不同治疗措施,具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound imaging features of ectopic pregnancy and help clinicians take appropriate treatments. Methods The abdominal ultrasound imaging performance of 86 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the imaging ,they were divided into three types ： a integrated - sac pregnancy type, abortion - break- down type and mass - old type. Results Of 86 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy, there were 13 cases of integrated - sac pregnan- cy,55 cases of abortion- breakdown and 18 cases of old -mass. 63 cases took surgical treatment, including integrated- sac pregnancy with 4 cases of heart throb, 47 cases of abortion - breakdown type and 12 cases of mass - old type. 23 cases took conservative treatment. Conclusion In the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role, and appropriate treatment could be taken according to the ultrasound imaging.
