摘 要:针对粉末熔渗烧结钨铜合金(W-40%Cu)进行了应力-应变关系曲线的试验测定,为W-40%Cu塑性加工提供基础数据;在试验基础上,应用线性插值处理方法,对实测的应力-应变曲线进行了合理扩充,为钨铜合金塑性变形过程的数值模拟提供了全面准确的数据,并且利用Originlab和Matlab软件,对应力-应变曲线进行了二维、三维及四维的描述。In this paper, the relationship between stress and strain of W -40% Cu alloy produced by liquid phase sintering and infiltration has been measured in a series of tests. Based on the tests, according to linear interpolation method, the experimental data have been processed and extended reasonably. These will be very useful to the study and simulation of the plastic deformation of W - 40% Cu alloy. At the same time, by using the softwares of Originlab and Matlab, the explanation and description of the stress-strain relationship of W - 40% Cu alloy with from two to four dimension space have been made successfully.
