大学生吸烟行为及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文对大学生吸烟行为及其影响因素进行了抽样调查。结果显示：吸烟率为１６．６％，男性吸烟率为２４．７５，女性为１．８％。吸烟行为初次发生在小学４６人，中学６５人，大学１５人。首次吸烟原因以好奇模仿为主，达５０．８％。调查对象中多数对吸烟有害有所认识，但较肤浅。吸烟学生中有戒烟愿望者达７６．８％。影响吸烟行为的相关因素中，教师、家长和朋友的吸烟行为及其态度是其重要原因。提示：大力提倡在小学、中学、大学各阶段对学生进行系统的健康教育、营造无烟环境是必要的。This paper reports a sample survey on smoking behaviors and influence factors of college students.The results revealed that smoking incidence was 166%,with males smoking incidence of 247% and females smoking incidence of 18%. Smoking beginners in primary schools were numbered 46;in high schools 65;and in colleges 15. The main reason for initial smoking was curiosity and imitation,accounting for 508%.The majority of subjects responding to the questionnaire thought that smoking was harmful,but they did not think of it as being so serious.Among the smoking students,there were 768%,who wanted to give up smoking.The influence factors included the smoking behaviors of teachers,parents,and friends,and their attitudes towards smoking.That was an important reason for the students smoking initiation.The results suggest that we have to advocate the systematic health education in the students of primary schools,high school and colleges,and create favorable conditions without smoking for them.
