摘  要:本文用含10%大蒜的饲料喂饲小鼠4周,观察大蒜对其肝脏、肺脏中的谷胱甘肽S-转移酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性以及对还原型谷胱甘肽含量的影响。实验结果表明,大蒜对肝脏、肺脏中的谷胱甘肽S-转移酶,以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均有明显的诱导作用;并可使肝脏中的谷胱甘肽含量水平明显增加。提示大蒜对谷胱甘肽S-转移酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的诱导作用可能是其对癌症具有化学预防作用的机理之一。 In present study,the effects of garlic on the glutathione Stransferase(GST) activity,glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx) activity and the glutathione(GSH) level in mice were observed.The inbred strain Kunming mice weighted from 18g to 20g were randomly divided into two groups with 10 in each (5 female and 5 male).Mice in control group were given basic forage,while mice in the garlic group were given 10% garlic in the basic forage for four weeks.The results showed that not only the GST activity,GSHPx activity in the live and lung but also the GSH level in the liver of the garlic group were respectively significantly higher than those of the control group.The data possibly demonstrated one of mechanisms of chemophylactic effects of garlic on tumors.
