摘  要:根据点检的特点,设计的点检仪具有数据采集、保存和越限报警等功能。将Flash存储器、LCM模块等连接到ARM的外围总线以构成硬件平台;完成了电路板的小型化、抗干扰设计;介绍了启动代码和应用程序的流程图。该点检仪体积小、携带方便、操作简单,可适用于多种工业现场。This point-detect instrument was designed according to the properties of point-detect. It has the abilities of acquiring and saving data and alarming when the machine being detected is in danger. The flash memory, LCM module and so on were connected to the peripheral bus of ARM microprocessor to constitute hardware platform. The design of printed circuit board which was pint-sized and anti-electromagnetic-interference was completed. The flowchart of the start code and application program was given. This instrument is portable and easy to operate, suitable to many types of industrial fields.
