摘  要:针对角度反馈电机伺服控制系统的测角要求,提出了一种新型的应用于现代微处理器/微控制器平台上的圆感应同步器测角算法。通过对感应同步器两路输出信号的瞬时值直接进行模数转换和快速运算,反演得出转角值,可以精确地测得电机轴的角位移,从而简化了伺服控制系统的结构,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性。最后,利用实际的空间大气垂直探测仪扫描镜构建了算法的验证平台,在不同的角度范围内进行了测角试验,并取得了角秒级的测角精度。A novel goniometric algorithm for rotary inductosyns used as angular displacement feedback transducer in motor servo control systems was introduced, based on the state-of-the-art MCU/DSP/DSC platform. The motor and inductosyn shaft's angular displacement could be precisely achieved by calculating the two feeding ADC data converted from the analog output signals of induetosyn. The overall structure of the motor servo control system was simplified, as furtherly improves the system's stability and reliability. An algorithm test-bed system was built and the angle measurement experiment was performed on a spaceborne atmospheric sounder instrument's scanning mirror assembly, achieving a high angular displacement accuracy of arc-second class in the small and large angular range.
