摘　　要：忽视安全生产，采用简陋设备土法炼金造成汞中毒时有发生。本文报告一起家庭土法炼金致５人发生急性汞中毒事故，提示对个体生产者加强安全教育和管理，防止急性中毒事故的发生值得重视。 Mercury poisoning resulting from indigenous alchemy often occurs because of ignoring safe operation and using of simple and crude facilities.We report an accident of acute mercury poisoning caused by indigenous alchemy in which five persons of the same family were poisoned,and suggest that it be important to enhance the safe education and management to the individual producers,so as to avoid the poisoning accidents.
