摘　　要：思想政治教育的高效,有赖于思想政治教育主客体作用的充分发挥。科学地认识思想政治教育主体的内涵,构建思想政治教育主体论,充分发挥思想政治教育主体的功能,对思想政治教育在现代社会的发展具有重大的理论和实践意义。The high efficacy of the ideological and political education relies on the educated subject and object playing their roles fully. The following steps are of great significance theoretically and practically on the development of ideological and political education in modern society： 1. Scientifically understanding the subject connotation of ideological and political education; 2. Constructing the subjectivity theory of ideological and political education; 3. Giving full play to the function of the educational subject.
