老年开胸病人围手术期呼吸道护理分析

摘　　要：本文通过对73例老年开胸手术患者的临床资料分析,对病人的心理、生理做出正确评估,制定了有序的开胸围术期的呼吸道护理措施。通过术前心理护理、预防感染、戒烟、呼吸功能训练、口腔护理;术后通过加强心理护理、体位指导、湿化呼吸道、吸痰、有效排痰、有效的止痛等综合护理,取得患者的信任和配合,达到了强化呼吸功能,增加手术耐受力,保持术后呼吸道通畅,有效地预防和降低了肺部并发症的发生。This article through opens the chest surgery patient＇s clinical material analysis to 73 example old ages, to patient＇s psychology, the physiology makes the correct appraisal, formulated the order to open the chest measurement technique time the respiratory tract nursing measure. Before the technique psychological nursing, prevention infection, no-smoking, breath faculty training, oral cavity nursing; After the technique, through strengthens psychological nursing, the body posture instruction, the wet respiratory tract, to attract synthesis nursing and so on phlegm, effective platoon phlegm, effective pain--relieving, obtains patient＇s trust and the coordination, has achieved the strengthened breath function, increases the surgery tolerance, after maintaining the technique, the respiratory tract is unobstructed, prevented and reduced the lungs complication occurrence effectively.
