Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折出血量的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨髋加压滑动螺钉和Gamma钉手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折手术出血量的差别。方法回顾性对比分析了53例股骨粗隆间骨折行髋加压滑动螺钉和Gamma钉手术出血量。结果DHS组的30例病人的术中出血量为(605±117)mL,术后引流量为(54±12)mL,合计为(659±121)mL;Gamma钉组的23例病人的术中出血量为(290±66)mL,术后引流量为(56±11)mL,合计为(346±66)mL。结果Gamma钉组比DHS组的术中出血量要少(P<0.05),术后引流量无统计学差别(P>0.05),2组的合计出血量相比Gamma钉组比DHS组的术中出血量要少(P<0.05)。结论Gamma钉手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折比髋加压滑动螺钉手术出血量少。Objective To investigate the amount of two operation methods＇ bleeding in intertrochantor fracture of femur surgery. Methods Retrospectively analyse the 53 cases of the intertrochanter fracture of femur in our hospital： comparison of the amount bleeding of dynamic hip screw （DHS） operation and Gamma nail operation. Results In 30 cases of dynamic hip screw（DHS） operation, operative bleeding： 290 ± 66mL,drainage： （54 ± 12）mL,total：（659 ± 121）mLiin 23 cases of Gamma nail operation,operative bleeding： （605±117）mL,drainage： （56 ±11）mL,total：（346 ±66）mL.In group Gamma nail, operative bleeding and total bleeding is less than in group dynamic hip screw（P〈0.05）.Two group cases＇ drainage was no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The amount of operative bleeding Gamma nail operation is less than Gamma nail operation in intertrochanter fracture of femur surgery.
