排毒双调综合疗法对5/6肾切除CRF大鼠的疗效及血清NO含量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察排毒双调综合疗法对5/6肾切除慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)大鼠的疗效,并从血管活性物质角度探讨该疗法对CRF的作用机理。方法采用5/6肾切除大鼠肾衰模型,分为空白对照组、病理组、单一疗法组及排毒双调综合疗法组。观察各组大鼠治疗前后一般状况、血红蛋白(HGB)、肾功能(BUN、Scr)、血清一氧化氮(NO)含量及肾脏病理变化。结果排毒双调综合疗法组在阻抑体重下降、升高HGB和NO含量、降低血BUN、Scr水平方面均明显优于单一疗法组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论"排毒双调综合疗法"能减轻并延缓慢性肾衰竭的病理进展,且较单纯灌胃、灌肠、针刺疗效为佳,其机理可能与升高血清NO水平,减少系膜细胞增生及细胞外基质沉积有关。Objective To observe the effect of Pai Du and Shuang Tiao synthetic therapy to the level of serum nitric oxide （NO） on the rats with chronic renal failure （CRF）, and study the mechanism of the synthetic theapy from the VASOACTIVE SUBSTANCE. Methods The 5/6 nephrectomy rats were randomly assigned to pathology group, monotherapy group and synthetic therapy group. It was employed to detect the weight of the rats in the whole experiment , measure the level of the serum HGB, BUN, Scr and NO ,examine the renal tissue pathologic changes under light microscope . Results The synthetic therapy group can inhibite weight fall, increase the diffrence of serum contents of HGB and the level of the serum NO, decrease the serum contents of BUN, Scr precedly higher than monotherapy group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0,05）. Conclusion Pal Du and Shuang Tiao synthetic theapy can inhibite weight fall, increase serum NO, improve renal function, ameliorate renal anemia. One of the mechanism of it may be related to reducing intercapillary cellular proliferation and extracellular matrix deposit in the glomerulus, thus delaying glomerular sclerosis and renal failure from the VASOACTIVE SUBSTANCE.
