摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除中转开腹的原因及时机,避免出现手术并发症,提高手术的安全性。方法回顾性分析2000年6月～2007年12月587例行LC的手术资料。结果587例病例中中转开腹17例(2.9%),均治愈出院。结论严格掌握LC的手术指征,适当放宽中转开腹的指征,及时中转开腹是保证患者安全,提高手术成功率的关键。Objective To explore main factors and proper time for using Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy（LC） to enhance surgery＇s security. Methods Retrospective study was performed on 587 patients,who underwent LC at our department during the period of Jun 2000 to Dec 2007. Results Conversion to open surgery rate was 2.9% （17/587）,and all the patients were cured. Conclusion To select surgical approaches, control LC operation indication strictly, and adopt active Conversion to open surgery will reduce postoperative complications.
