品管圈用于产房护理质量持续改进的效果评价

摘　　要：目的应用品管圈在产房中实施持续的护理质量改进,提高产房内的护理工作质量。方法在品管圈活动前先对产房中存在的护理缺陷进行调查分类,根据分类分别成立了以提高患者满意度、降低新生儿重度窒息发生率、降低会阴伤口感染发生率、降低顺产后出血率为目标的四个品管圈,应用品管圈的活动对产房的护理工作进行持续的质量改进。结果从2004年开始开展品管圈活动后,患者对护士服务的综合满意度由开展品管圈活动前的89%提高到98%,衡量产科质量的各项指标如新生儿重度窒息发生率从1.29%降至0.58%,会阴伤口感染发生率由1.62%降至0.49%,阴道产产后出血发生率由1.10%降至0.69%,各项指标有逐年降低的趋势,经统计分析两组间对比差异有显著性(P<0.05),产房护理工作质量得到了持续的改进和提高。结论应用品管圈对产房的护理质量进行持续改进,有效地提高了产房的护理工作质量和患者对助产士服务的满意度,提高了产房助产士的护理管理的参与意识和工作积极性。品管圈活动是提高护理质量管理的一种有效手段。Objective To make continuous improvement of the nursing quality by carrying out the quality control circle program in the delivery room. Methods 4 quality control circles including lifting the rate of Patient Satisfaction and reducing the incidences of complications of neonates severe asphyxia ,wound infections of perineum and viginal delivery hemorrhage were set up according to the nursing defect in the delivery room. Continuous improvement of the nursing quality was made by carrying out the quality control circle program in the delivery room. Results The rate of patient satisfaction was lifted to 89% from 98% after carrying out the quality control circle program in 2004. The incidences of complications were reduced year by year. Continuous improvement of the nursing quality in the delivery room was achieved. Con- clusion Quality control circle program achieved favorable progress on the nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the delivery room,and it is an effective measure to improve the nursing quality management.
