摘  要:本文在前期研究的基础上,旨在考察高效液相色谱中在线堆积技术能否进行混合物体系中化合物的在线堆积提高检测灵敏度。以水和乙腈为流动相,以间硝基酚、邻硝基酚、对氯酚、对溴酚、二氯酚、二溴酚为模型化合物,首先考察了这些化合物在苯基柱,C8柱,氰基柱中的色谱保留行为,结果表明苯基柱-C8柱和氰基柱-C8柱体系可用作这些化合物的在线堆积体系。并从以上六种化合物中选择不同化合物组成混合物体系,分别考察这些混合物体系在苯基柱-C8柱体系和氰基柱-C8柱体系中的在线堆积情况。结果表明,这些混合物体系在苯基柱-C8柱体系和氰基柱-C18体系中均可实现在线堆积提高检测灵敏度,且堆积后仍可实现很好的分离。The application of the on - line stacking effect for detection sensitivity enhancement based on the migration velocity difference of the compounds on two different stationary phase to the mixture sample was described. The compounds of m - nitrophenol, o - nitrophenol, p - bromophenol, p - chlorophenol, dichlorophenol and dibromophenol were used as model compounds. The chromatographic behavior of these compounds on phenyl column, CN column and C8 column were discussed, and the results showed that the stacking column system could be configured by the couple of phenyl column and C8 column, the CN column and C8 column. The on - line stac- king effect of mixture sample comprised of two or more compounds among the above six compounds on the phenyl -C8 and CN- C8 stacking system was investigated. And the results showed that the effective stacking and the good separation of the mixture sample were achieved successfully.
