摘  要:本文介绍了用北京赛洋技贸有限公司QSP-KI型气敏色谱仪和日本岛津GC-8A气相色谱仪(TCD)分析氮中氢气体标准物质的实验方法和条件。用所建立的分析方法和条件分别对氮中氢系列标准气体色谱分析方法的精密度、方法的线性度进行了考察。QSP-KI型气敏色谱仪在氮中氢气体标准物质量值(1~10)×10^(-6)mol/mol范围内,获得的方法的精密度≤±0.6%。GC-8A气相色谱仪在量值(10×10^(-6)~50%)mol/mol范围内,其方法的精密度<±0.5%。二者的最大线性误差≤±2.0%。文章中还对重量配制法、容量法、色谱法的比对误差进行了考察,同时给出了氮中氢标准气体的性能评价(均匀性、稳定性、随压力的稳定性变化)的实验结果。This article introduced test methods and conditions of hydrogen in nitrogen standard gas analyzed by QSP - KI gas chromatography of Beijing Saiyang foreign technology and trade Ltd Co. and GC - 8A gas chromatograph (TCD) of pan Shimadzu. For hydrogen in nitrogen series of standard gas, the precision and linearity of the analytical methods were studied respectively with the establishment of analytical method and conditions. In the range of ( 1 - 10) × 10^-6 mol/mol of hydrogen in nitrogen standard gas, the method precision is less than or equal to± 0.8% derived from QSP - KI gas chromatograph. In the range of ( 10 × 10^-6 ~ 50% ) mol/mol, the method precision is less than ± 1. 0%. The both largest linear error are less than or equal to ± 2.0%. The article also reviewed the comparison error among weight method, volume method and chromatography, and at the same time gave the experiment results of performance evaluation (uniformity, stability, stability change with the pressure) of hydrogen in nitrogen standard gas.
