摘  要:提出运用N_2O-C_2H_2火焰原子吸收光谱法测定太阳电池材料用变形钛合金中铁含量。建立了铁的分析线,燃烧器高度,酸性介质等最佳实验条件。同时对样品的消化处理条件,在测定中样品干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该方法具有很好的灵敏度,具有方法步骤简单、操作容易、干扰少等特点。铁量在1.0~10 mg/L范围内与吸收值呈良好的线性关系,其相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(n=10),标准加入回收率均在97.0%~99.0%(n=6)范围。适用于太阳电池材料用变形钛合金中铁的质量控制分析和样品系统分析。The application of nitrous oxide - ethane flame atomic absorption spectrometer to research of iron content measurement in the transform titanium metal alloy of Solar battery is studied. This paper introduces the optimum measuring conditions for iron content and potency in which a fine liner range presents. Interference factors were synthetically considered in the test. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation ,easy master, short analyzing cycle, and less interference. Relative standard deviations are less than 1.0% (n = 10), and the standard adding recovery is the range of 97.0% - 99.0%. This law achieved the instrumental analysis quality of laboratory and qualities control the requirement.
