摘  要:目的建立复方金银花颗粒中绿原酸和黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:324nm,柱温:室温。结果绿原酸回归方程为ρ=40282A-13.106,r=0.9999,线性范围为0.86~41.28mg·L-1,平均回收率为100.14%(RSD=1.26%);黄芩苷回归方程为ρ=22664A-13.889,r=0.9995,线性范围为0.98~47.04mg·L-1,平均回收率为100.06%(RSD=1.39%)。结论本方法稳定,重现性好,操作简单,是检测复方金银花颗粒中绿原酸与黄芩苷的较理想方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Compound Lonicera Granules. METHODS The HPLC method was used. The sample was analyzed on an Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column at room temperature, with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid by gradient eluteion at the flow rate of 1.0 mL'minl. The wavelength was at 324 nm. RESULTS The regression equation of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.86-41.28 mg.L^-1(r=0.999 9) (ρ=40 282,4-13.106, r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.14%(RSD=1.26%). The regression equation of baicalin was linear in the range of 0.98-47.04 mg.L^-1 (ρ=22 664A-13.889, r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 100.06% (RSD=1.39%). CONCLUSION The method was stable and accurate. It is suitable to determine chlorogenic acid and baiealin in Compound Lonicera Granules.
