摘　　要：在国内外城市社会学及城市规划学对社区生活质量综合研究基础上,建立社区资源可接近性评价指标体系,并以西安市为例,对所选社区的社区资源可接近性进行评价,最后根据评价结果尝试性地提出促进社区资源可接近性的居住社区规划与保障策略。By comprehensive studies of the influence of the urban sociology and urban planology on community life quality both at home and abroad, the authors establish evaluation index system of the accessibility of community resources. Taking Xi＇an as an object, they try to make evaluation on accessibility of community resources in selected community and by the result of investigation propose the residential community planning and indemnificatory tactics for promoting the accessibility of community resources.
