摘　　要：汾西矿业集团选煤厂针对PG116型真空过滤机存在的水分偏高、脱饼率低等问题,进行了三次改造,改造后均取得了良好的使用效果,过滤机能耗降低,工艺操作水平提高,脱水效果改善,工人的劳动强度降低,工作环境改善。Aiming at the problem of PG116 vacuum filter at preparation in Fenxi Mines Group such as high cake moisture and low cake detach rate,three conversions undergone and good performance achieved thereafter:energy consumption reduced, level of process operation upgraded,dewatering performance bettered,strength of laboring lowered down,and working environment improved.
