摘　　要：新汶矿业集团公司在实施节能减排工作中,大力发展煤矸石利用或以矸石换煤的绿色开采工艺,实施煤矿设备再制造,研发高效煤粉炉技术等,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。For reduction of energy consumption and pollutant emission in Xinwen Mines Group Co.,measures taken as: developing with effort coal refuse utilization,implementing green extraction technique,in which coal exchanged by refuse, re-manufacturing mining equipment,and developing high-efficient PC boiler;remarkable economic and social benefit thus achieved.
