摘　　要：本文旨在研究不同水平的蛋氨酸螯合铬与甜菜碱对肥育猪体蛋白质沉积的影响,并初步探讨两者的互作效应。选用81头平均初始体重52kg左右的三江白猪肥育猪为试验材料,随机分成9组,每组3个重复,每个重复3头猪。采用2因子(蛋氨酸螯合铬×甜菜碱)3水平有重复试验设计。试验组日粮为在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮上添加不同水平的蛋氨酸螯合铬(以铬计0、200、400μg/kg)与甜菜碱(0、1000、1250mg/kg),对照组饲喂基础日粮。试验结果表明:(1)对第7肋背膘厚和眼肌面积存在交互作用,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)对总蛋白质、尿素和葡萄糖存在交互作用,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。(3)生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ、胰岛素含量与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),存在交互作用。结果表明复合添加优于单独添加。To study the effect of different levels of adding methionine chelated chromium（Ⅲ ） （0,200,400 μg/kg respectively） and betaine （0,1000,1250 mg/kg respectively） to corn soybean diets on body protein retention in finishing pigs and their interaction.A total of 81 San Jiang White pigs with body weight 52 kg were randomly divided into 9 treatments （3 for each treatment, 3 for each replicate）.A 3×3 （chromiumxbetaine） experiment with replicates was designed.The basal diets was used as control group.The results showed： （1）There were significant effects of interaction between betaine and chromium on the seventh rib back-fat thickness and Loin musele area （P 〈 0.05）. （2）Betaine and chromium had significant interactive effects on the content of serum total protein （TP）, glucose （GLU） and urea （P 〈 0.05）. （3）Betaine and chromium also had significant interactive on the content of serum growth hormone （GH）,insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ（IGF- Ⅰ ）,insulin（INS） and significant difference compared with control group（P 〈 0.05）.As a whole,the complex adding group were better than the single adding group.
