基于Pro/E的组合开关盒盖注射模设计

摘　　要：在分析了组合开关盒盖的结构和注塑工艺性的基础上,详细介绍了在Pro/E3.0软件平台上快速生成模具型腔、型芯的过程。并介绍了运用EMX模具专家系统进行模架和其它零部件设计及开模仿真方法。Pro/E的应用缩短了该模具的开发周期,提高了效率,降低了成本。Based on the analyzing of the structural feature and technological property of box cover of combined switch, the process of rapidly generating the cavity and core of the injection mould on Pro/E 3.0 is stated, The method for designing the mold-base and the other mould parts and opening simulation was used EMX is described. The application of Pro/E software has shorten the exploit time and imp rove the efficiency, lower the cost.
