MKJ型静电空气消毒洁净器消毒效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨MKJ型静电空气消毒洁净器对普通手术室空气自然菌和真菌的杀灭效果。方法采用LWC-Ⅱ型离心式空气微生物采样器对MKJ静电空气洁净器的消毒效果进行静态和动态监测。结果MKJ型静电空气消毒洁净器在静态条件下消毒45 min,空气细菌数减少至190 CFU/m3,空气真菌数减少至116 CFU/m3,达到医院消毒卫生标准,自然菌实验组和对照组比较t=3.042,P=0.056;真菌实验组和对照组比较t=18.714,P=0.000;在动态手术过程中空气自然菌和真菌维持在较低水平,自然菌实验组和对照组比较t=8.088,P=0.000,真菌实验组和对照组比较t=7.983,P=0.000,实验组和对照组对空气自然菌和真菌的杀灭效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论MKJ型静电空气消毒洁净器具有较好的空气消毒功能,且能在有人活动的场合持续动态消毒,是值得推广的一种空气消毒方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate the killing effect on the bacteria and fungi in operating room with MKJ-type static electricity air disinfection-cleaning devices. METHODS The killing effect on the bacteria and fungi in the general operating room was monitored statically and dynamically with MKJ-type static electricity air disinfection- cleaning devices. RESULTS MKJ-type static electricity air disinfection-cleaning devices could reach hygienic standard after working for 45 minutes statically and the bacteria and fungi could be inhibited to 190 CFU/m^3 and 116 CFU/m^3 （P〉0.05, respectively）. The effect of test groups on the bacteria and fungi compared with that of control groups in dynamically monitoring showed significance （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSIONS MKJ-type static electricity air disinfection-cleaning devices possess good functions for air sterilization and are able to work continuously and dynamically in mobile situations.
