醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次性ip65mg·kg-1,并连续7dsc甲状腺素诱发大鼠实验性糖尿病模型,至14d,选取成模大鼠以醒胰降糖灵干预21d后,用放射免疫法测定P-选择素的含量。结果:模型组大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量显著升高(P<0.01),醒胰降糖灵组可明显降低血小板参数(P<0.01),并能一定程度地降低P-选择素含量。结论:醒胰降糖灵可降低实验性糖尿病大鼠血小板参数及P-选择素含量,其作用机制可能与醒胰降糖灵参与抑制血小板活化、降低微血管的高凝状态有关。Objective： To explore the effects of Xingyi Jiangtangling on the of parameters of platelet and Pselectin in diabetic rats. streptozotocin 65 mg· kg^- 1 Methods： The model of diabetic rat was established by subabdominal injection with and then concomitant hypodemic injection with thyroxine, once a day, from 1^st to 7^th day. After treating with Xingyi Jiangtangling for 21 days, the content of P-selectin in the experimental rats was detected by radioimmunoassay. Result： Compared with normal group, the parameters of platelet and P-selectin in the diabetic rats were significantly increased （P 〈 0.01 ）. However, that of the treated group was significantly declined, compared with model group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Xingyi Jiangtangling could decline the parameters of platelet and P-selectin in the diabetic rat. Its molecular mechanism might be related to restaining the activation of platelet and mitigating hypercoagulation in microcirculation.
