S-100B蛋白测定在早产儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的通过测定早产儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清S-100B蛋白含量的变化,研究其在早产儿HIE早期诊断及预后的意义。方法选择临床诊断为HIE的早产儿78例为观察组,其他早产儿40例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验、双抗体夹心法检测二组血清S-100B蛋白含量,进行比较研究。结果观察组含量明显高于对照组,差异有显著性,血清S-100B蛋白含量与早产儿脑损伤程度呈正相关,与脑CT检查结果比较特异性高。结论早期检测早产儿血清S-100B蛋白含量对早产儿HIE早期诊断有重要价值,优于脑CT检查。Objective ： To study the significance for the early diagnosis and prognosis with premature infant with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy by measure the serum S - 100B protein. Methods： S - 100B protein was measured dynamically by ELASA in blood serum from 78 patients with HIE, 40 references. The patients were divided into two groups according to the severity of disease： the mild group, the medium - severe group. Results： The level of blood serum S - 100B protein in HIE group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.01 ） and the variety is associated with the severity of disease. Conclusion： Early measure of the content of serum S - 100B protein of the premature infants with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy had significant value to the early diagnosis of HIE.
