卵泡液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ水平与生殖的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的检测超排卵过程中卵泡液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ水平,探讨其与卵子受精、胚胎发育的关系。方法对因输卵管因素进行辅助生殖技术治疗的患者监测其受精率、优质胚胎形成率及妊娠情况,用放射免疫法测定其卵泡液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)及雌二醇(E2)的水平,比较它们之间有无相关性。结果IGF-Ⅰ及E2的水平与受精率之间呈明显的正相关关系,优质胚胎形成率随IGF-Ⅰ及E2的水平的增高而升高,但二者之间无明显的相关性。妊娠组IGF-Ⅰ及E2水平明显高于未妊娠组。结论超排卵时卵泡液中IGF-Ⅰ及E2的水平与卵子受精及胚胎发育密切相关。Objective ： To measure the concentration of insulin - like growth factor - Ⅰ （ IGF - Ⅰ） in follicular fluid of patients during superovulation stimulation period , and to investigate the relationships of the IGF -Ⅰon embryonic development potential in - vitro fertilization embryo transplantation （IVF -ET） treatment cyele. Methods： The concentration of insulin -like growth factor - Ⅰ （ IGF -Ⅰ） and estradiol （E2） in follicular fluid were measured by radioimmunoassay （RIA）. Results ： The concentrations of insulin -like growth factor - Ⅰ （IGF -Ⅰ ） and E2 showed positive correlation to the fertilized rate and the high quality embryo rate . The coneentrations of insulin - like growth factor - Ⅰ（ IGF -Ⅰ） and E2 were significantly higher in pregnancy group than those in which no pregnancy. Conclusion ： The concentration of IGF - Ⅰ and E2 in follicular fluid of patients during superovulation stimulation period were closely related with the fertilization and the embryonic development potential.
