摘　　要：本文提出了分级加荷条件下正常固结软土不排水强度确定的试验法和理论法，指出了它们各自存在的问题和解决办法。Two approaches,namely testing and theoretical methed,are presented in this paper for the shear strength determination of normaly consolidated soft clay under staged construction.The problems and the settlement to these problems regarding the application of above approaches to site conditions are also presented.
