禽/人流感防控项目县目标人群相关核心知识知晓情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解禽/人流感防控项目县目标人群相关核心知识知晓情况,为针对性开展禽/人流感干预活动提供依据。方法:在两个项目县随机抽取9个村作为样本点,并整群抽取12-65岁的禽类养殖人员和附近居民作为目标人群进行问卷调查,所有数据采用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果:874名被调查者的核心知识总知晓率为59.10%,但"发现病死的家禽要深埋并上报"和"禽/人流感有多种传播途径"的回答正确率低于10.00%;影响目标人群核心知识知晓情况的因素有年龄、文化程度和学习禽/人流感知识的态度;目标人群知识来源主要为电视,而宣传材料和人际传播覆盖率较低。结论:项目县目标人群对禽/人流感知识有一定了解,但其知识仍缺乏系统性和全面性,应通过多种途径对目标人群进行有针对性的健康教育。Objective The paper is to understand the target population awareness situation about the related core knowledge in avian/human influenza prevention proj .ect counties so as to provide the scientific evidence for carrying out intervention activities. Method Random 9 villages were selected from the two project counties as sample points, 12-65-year-old poultry farmers and residents in the vicinity of the sample points were chosen by cluster sampling in a questionnaires survey. All data were analyzed by using SPSS 13.0. Result The total awareness of the core knowledge of the 874 informants is 59.10%, but the awareness of＂deep burial and immediate report on the discovery of dead poultry＂ and ＂various routes of transmission of avian/human influenza＂ is less than 10.00%. The influencing factors of the target population awareness of the core knowledge are age, educational level and attitude toward learning about the influenza. The main knowledge source for the target population is TV, but the coverage rates of publicity materials and interpersonal communication are low. Conclusion The target population has a certain understanding of Avian/Human influ-enza, but it is not yet systematic and comprehensive, so health education should aim directly at different kinds of target populations.
