摘  要:以杂交稻国稻6号和常规稻武运粳7号、扬稻6号为材料,于抽穗期进行高温处理,研究不同高温胁迫对水稻花粉活力与籽粒结实率的影响。结果表明:与对照(常温)相比,抽穗期高温胁迫明显降低了水稻花粉活力、花粉萌发率以及结实率(P<0.01),并且随着胁迫温度的升高与胁迫时间的延长,3个供试品种的花粉活力、花粉萌发率及结实率均急剧下降,而对千粒重的影响较小。相关分析表明,3个供试品种的结实率与花粉活力和花粉萌发率之间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。另外还发现,相同高温胁迫条件下,武运粳7号的花粉活力、花粉萌发率以及结实率所受伤害都小于国稻6号和扬稻6号。Effects of high temperature stress on pollen vitality and seed setting of indica hybrid rice ( Guodao 6) and conventional japonica rice ( Wuyunjing 7 and Yangdao 6 ) were studied during heading stage. The results showed that pollen vitality, pollen germination ratio and seed setting ratio were lower significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) by high temperature stress than that by ambient temperature. With warm-up temperature and continuous stress time, pollen vitality, pollen germination ratio and seed setting ratio of three cultivars suffered a sharply decline, but thousand seed weights had no changes. According to the correlation analysis, seed setting ratio of three cultivars showed a significantly linear correlation with pollen vitality and pollen germination ratio (P 〈 0. 01 ), respectively. In addition, significant difference of high temperature stress effects on pollen vitality, pollen germination ratio and seed setting ratio existed among three cultivars, Wuyunjing 7 was lower than Guodao 6 and Yangdao 6.
