摘  要:从庐山土样中分离获得1株链霉菌(Streptomyces),其固体发酵粗提物含有多种活性成分,在离体条件下对稻瘟病菌具有很强的抑制作用:分析结果显示:脂溶性成分浓度为1.000μg/ml时即能完全抑制稻瘟病菌孢子萌发,浓度为0.100~0.001μg/ml时使孢子萌发时间延长,并使芽管萌发畸形;水溶性成分较脂溶性成分活性低,且不影响稻瘟病菌菌丝形态。100℃处理4h,脂溶性成分活性降低27.5%,水溶性成分的活性对温度处理较稳定。紫外线254nm下处理4h。脂溶性和水溶性成分活性都较稳定;脂溶性成分在pH6时活性最强,水溶性成分的活性受pH值的影响较小。A strain of Streptomycetes sp. isolated from the soil from Lushan mountain, had manifold active components, and showed significant inhibitory activities against Magnaporthe grisea in vitro. The results showed that the fat-soluble sample could entirely inhibit the spore germination of the Magnaporthe grisea at 1. 000 μg/ml, and prolonged the time of the spore germination at 0. 100-0. 001 μg/ml, with bud tube bourgeoning abnormally. The water-soluble components exhibited lower activities, and had no effect on the mycelium shape of Magnaporthe grisea. The activities of fat-soluble sample was decreased by 27.5% after treated at 100 ℃ for 4 h, while the water-soluble components showed stability to temperature treatment. Both of the fat-soluble aud water-soluble componeuts showed stabilities 'after treated with ultraviolet radiation at 254 nm for 4 h. The fat-soluble components had the strongest activities at pH 6, while the water-soluble components were independent on pH.
