摘 要:以苹果长富2号品种为供试材料,研究套袋对果实生长发育过程中品质形成因子的影响。结果表明:红富士苹果套袋后果皮叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量一直低于对照;果皮花青苷含量摘袋前显著低于对照,摘袋后花青苷含量迅速上升,采收时超过不套袋对照1倍左右;套袋后苹果可溶性总糖、还原糖和可滴定酸含量的变化趋势与对照基本一致,但明显低于对照。综合比较3种纸袋的套袋效果,最好的为山东恒信袋;其次为日本小林袋;徐州天正袋效果最差。Fuji Nagafu No. 2 apple(Mnlus pumila Mill. ) was used to study the effects of bagging on the quality factors of Jiangsu red Fuji apple in the process of growth and development. The results showed that chlorophyll and carotenoid in skin of bagging apple fruits was lower than control. The anthocyanin content of bagging fruits was notably lower than control during fruit developing, but much rapid increase was present after bag removed, even surpassed the control contents of when harvesting. Soluble sugars, reducing sugar and titratable acids in bagged fruits had almost the same dynamic changes as control, but all lower than control. The comprehensive results indicated that Hengxin bag in Shandong was the best, next was Xiaolin bag in Japan, Tianzheng bag in Xuzhou was the worst.
