摘 要:为有效解决水泥碎石材料易产生裂缝的问题,将聚酯纤维掺加到水泥碎石中以防止其收缩开裂,据此设计制作了收缩应变测试装置。通过干、温缩和劈裂强度试验,研究了聚酯纤维对水泥碎石收缩开裂和劈裂强度的影响,获得了干缩系数、温缩系数、劈裂强度随着纤维长度、纤维掺量的变化规律,并阐述其根本机理,提出了聚酯纤维适宜的掺加长度。研究结果表明:聚酯纤维防治水泥碎石收缩裂缝的效果显著;纤维掺量为0.5‰时,随纤维长度的增长,干缩系数逐渐减小,而劈裂强度在50mm长度左右出现峰值;掺加聚酯纤维的适宜长度为50 mm,此时随着掺量的增加,温缩系数呈现逐渐减小的趋势。In order to effectively solve the cracking problems mostly occurred in cement-stabilized macadam, polyester fibre was added into cement-stabilized macadam and a device for measuring crack strains was developed. Based on the tests by temperature shrinkage ,dry shrinkage and split strength, influence of polyester fibre on shrinkage cracks and strength of cement-stabilized macadam was studied. Shrinkage coefficient and split strength for different fibre length and contents, the improvement mechanism and the optimal length of fibre were attained in the studies. The results show that the polyester fibre had a remarkable effect on prevention of shrinkage cracks; dry shrinkage coefficient decreases with the increasing of fibre length when fibre contents keep 0.5‰,while split trength increases to maximum before about 50mm after which it decreases again;the optimal fibre content would be around 50 mm,and keeping the length,temperature shrinkage coefficient decreases with the increasing of fibre contents.
