摘 要:采用葡萄砧木简易繁殖法和5个不同水平的NaCl浓度处理,研究了盐胁迫对6个葡萄砧木苗生长发育特性的影响.结果表明:随着盐浓度的升高,6个葡萄砧木盐害指数、死亡率增加,生物量和繁殖系数降低,生根率变化不明显,但根长逐步缩短,利用生长特性变化可将6种葡萄砧木品种的抗盐性划分为3类,其中5BB和520A的耐盐性较强,SO4和3309C对盐较敏感,贝达、圣乔治的耐盐能力适中.The seedlings of six grape rootstocks were employed to determine the tolerance to salt stress with five different NaCl concentrations.The results showed that salt tolerance index and morality of plant increased,biological yield and proliferation multiple decreased,rooting rate had no effect and length of roots shortened with the increasing of NaCl concentration.Six rootstocks could be classed into three groups according to their salt tolerance:520A and 5BB showed a higher tolerance,3309 C and SO4 were moderately,and Beta and Saint Jorge were more sensitive.
