摘 要:在室内自然变温条件下,对灰翅麦茎蜂蛹的发育起点温度和有效积温进行测定.结果表明:灰翅麦茎蜂蛹的发育起点温度为8.68℃,有效积温为83.86 d.℃;有效积温预测式为N=(83.86±3.68)/T-(8.68±0.21).利用有效积温预测式于2005年对青海省西宁市二十里铺地区的灰翅麦茎蜂成虫发生高峰期进行预测,经过当年麦田实际调查验证,预测与实际发生情况基本吻合.The developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature for pupa of Cephus fumipennis Eversmann were determined under natural changing temperature in lab.The results showed that the threshold temperature was 8.68 ℃ and the effective accumulated temperature was 83.86(d ·℃).The predicting equation for the effective accumulated temperature was established as N=(83.86±3.68)/T-(8.68±0.21).This equation was applied to forecast the adult emergence peak period of Cephus fumipennis in the Ershilipu area of Xining City,Qinghai province,in 2005,and the afterward fact conformed that the prediction results by the equation almost accorded with actual situation in the field in the same year.
