摘 要:弦支穹顶结构体系是在单层网壳和索穹顶的基础上发展起来的一种新型复合空间结构,能够发挥单层球面网壳与索穹顶结构两者的优点,弥补两者的不足。目前已有的研究局限于设计理论,少量的工程实践也是试验性的小跨径工程。因此,对大跨度弦支穹顶结构体系及其工程施工技术进行一体化研究具有重要的现实意义。概述了弦支穹顶结构体系产生的背景、定义、特点及工作机理,归纳了预应力索撑体系设置原则。简要介绍了国内外首个大型双层椭圆弦支穹顶——武汉体育中心二期工程体育馆的设计和施工工艺,该工程采用的非常规的安装方法和首次在大跨度弦支穹顶结构体系中通过撑杆调节法来施加预应力,并取得成功,为类似新型空间结构的研究与应用提供了有益的参考。Suspen - dome System is a new hybrid space structure, developed on the base of single - layer dome and cable - dome, and it combines the advantages of both the single layer latticed dome and cable - dome. The present research is limited to designing theory, a small amount of engineering practice is also an experimental small span project. Therefore, it is important and meaningful for practice to do an integration research on the large span suspen - dome system and its construction techniques. This paper summarizes the background created, definition, characteristics and construction mechanism of suspen - dome system ,and also the setting principles of pre - stress grid system. It briefly presents design and construction of Wuhan gymnastic Center Phase Ⅱ about Wuhan Gymnasium which is the first large double layer ellipse suspen - dome of the world. The project is succesfully done by adopting the unconventional installation method and applying the brace rod regulation method to exerting pre - stress on the large span suspen - dome for the first time. Thus, it provides beneficial reference for the research and application of similar new space structure.
