摘　　要：较为全面的介绍了日本农村规划的法律制度,概述了日本的规划行政以及规划法的结构,阐述了农村规划相关法律的背景、目的、内容以及相互之间的关系。并着重针对《农业振兴地区整治建设法》和《村落地区整治建设法》等进行了深入分析,解释了日本农村综合整治建设规划的法律依据。同时提出了对我国农村规划与建设的启示。This paper makes a comprehensive introduction about the legal system of countryside planning in Japan, and provides an overview of Japanese planning administration and Planning Act, and elaborates the background, objectives, contents of the laws related to countryside planning as well as the relations among the laws. Then it analyzes the Agriculture Promotion Area Act and Settlement Area Redevelopment Act and explains the legal basis of comprehensive rural renovation and construction plan. At last it presents enlightenment to the countryside planning and construction in China.
