摘　　要：矿难是指在矿山发生的灾难。矿难事故的频发已经引起社会各界的广泛关注,但由于现行法律的滞后及不完善使得矿难没有得到有效治理。为了减少矿难事故的发生,遏制矿难频发的势头,更好地维护矿工的合法权益,必须建立和完善矿难治理的法律体系。Mine disaster refers to the disaster that happens in mines. Frequent mine disasters have aroused increasing extensive concern from all walks of life. As the current law is somewhat backward and imperfect, the effective harness of the mine disaster has become a problem. In order to reduce and prevent mine accidents, and protect the legal rights of miners, we must construct and perfect he legal systern in harnessing mine disasters.
