摘  要:结合学生的工科背景,以减速器装配流水线为研究对象,通过测定流水线各工位的作业时间,运用工业工程的动作分析的研究方法,找出并消除影响流水线生产能力的瓶颈工序,实现生产线的平衡,提高了学生的实验创新能力,进一步完善了工业工程实验系统的开发。Taking into account the students' engineering background, and by aiming at the speed reducer assembly line and measuring the operation time of every station in the line, the bottle-neck restricting the production of the assembly line was located and eliminated, using motion analysis method of industrial en- gineering, and a balanced operation in the streamline was carried out, which improved the students' abili- ty in experimental innovation and further perfected the development of the experimental system of industrial engineering.
